Shipping and Returns
Shipping. MyParadise delivers to the destinations shown during checkout. Delivery fees and available payment methods are displayed before you complete your order.
Processing time. Orders are usually processed after confirmation. Processing and delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.
Delivery details. Please make sure your name, phone number, and address are correct. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the parcel returned.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Returns. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within the return window shown on the website. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and condition.
Hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or were sent in error.
Refunds and exchanges. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
